315Life supports artist, musician/live performer, promoter, and venue profiles. You can create more than one when your work needs separate identities.
- Artist profiles are for makers, visual artists, and creative work.
- Musician profiles are for performers, bands, DJs, and live acts.
- Promoter profiles are for people or companies organizing events.
- Venue profiles are for locations that host events.
Events
Use Create Event to add title, schedule, venue, image, category, links, and event details. Events can include artists and musicians in the lineup.
- Venue owners can create events for their venues.
- Promoters can request an outside venue while creating an event.
- Event images should be clear, square-friendly, and not text-heavy.
- Imported events may be edited after they are created.
Invites, Requests, and Approvals
When a pending action is created, 315Life emails the account users who can approve it.
- Venue confirmation is required when a promoter creates an event at a venue they do not administer.
- Artist and musician lineup invites are approved by the invited profile owner or admin.
- Artist and musician self-requests are approved by the event owner or admin.
- Approval emails use account emails, not public profile contact emails.
Venues and Promoters
Venues control whether requested events appear under their location. Promoters can create event requests without needing venue ownership.
- Owned venues are confirmed automatically during event creation.
- Outside venues are marked pending until a venue approver confirms.
- Declined venue requests keep the event from being treated as confirmed for that venue.
Fans and Attendees
Fans can browse events, follow profiles, mark interest, and track events they plan to attend.
- Use Explore to search by category, keyword, and trust status.
- Follow venues, artists, and performers to make future discovery easier.
- Use Going or Following signals to keep personal event lists useful.
Privacy and Account Controls
Profile contact emails are public/business contact channels when provided. System approval emails go to account users who can actually take action.
- Edit your base profile from My Profile.
- Delete special profiles from their edit screens when they are no longer needed.
- Account deletion requires typing the exact confirmation phrase shown in the app.
