3. Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways.
A. Information You Provide Directly
Depending on how you use 315Life, you may provide information such as:

- account role, such as explorer, member, artist, musician, venue owner, business owner, organizer, or partner;
- interests, saved items, follows, tags, categories, and content preferences;
- event submissions, event details, venue details, ticket links, descriptions, dates, times, prices, and related listing information;

B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:
- device type, operating system, browser type, app version, and device identifiers;
- IP address;
- approximate location information;
- pages, screens, listings, searches, clicks, saves, shares, views, follows, and other interactions;

C. Location Information
315Life may use location-related information to help users discover nearby or regionally relevant events, venues, restaurants, wineries, artists, businesses, and experiences.
At launch, 315Life primarily uses region preferences, city and neighborhood selections, IP-based approximate location, and user-selected discovery areas.
We do not collect precise GPS location unless you choose to enable a feature that requires it. We do not collect continuous real-time location or background location unless we provide a separate in-app disclosure and obtain any required permission.
We do not share your precise location with venues, artists, businesses, organizers, advertisers, or other partners.
If you do not enable device location, you may still use 315Life by selecting a city, region, neighborhood, or discovery area manually. Some nearby-search, map, or recommendation features may work differently without location permissions.
D. Publicly Available Listing and Event Information
315Life may collect, organize, display, verify, correct, or enrich publicly available information relating to businesses, venues, restaurants, wineries, promoted events, organizers, and similar public-facing entities.
This may include:
- business or venue names;
- public websites and social links;
- public addresses;
- public phone numbers and public business-facing emails;
- event titles, descriptions, dates, times, prices, age policies, ticket links, reservation links, source links, and event images where authorized or otherwise permitted;
- public organizer or venue information;
- public event performer, speaker, host, or organizer names when those names are already publicly listed as part of an event.
Public listing information may come from websites, event calendars, public social media pages, ticketing pages, chambers of commerce, tourism sites, public event feeds, business directories, venue websites, restaurant websites, winery websites, and similar sources.
Because public-source information may change, 315Life does not guarantee that third-party public listing information is always complete, current, or error-free.
If you represent a business, venue, organizer, artist, or promoted event and want to claim, update, correct, or request review of a listing, use our listing-review process once available or contact us at privacy@315life.com.
Deleting a personal 315Life account may not delete public business, venue, restaurant, winery, organizer, event, or public-source listing information that is not personal account information.

We may receive information from third parties such as:
- login or authentication providers, including Apple, Google, or similar providers;
- payment processors;

- maintain security, prevent fraud, debug issues, and enforce our terms;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, partners, and Services.
5. Public Listings, Claims, Corrections, and Artist Profile Firewall
315Life may display public-facing business, venue, restaurant, winery, organizer, and promoted-event listings, including some listings that have not yet been claimed by the business or venue owner.
At launch, this public listing posture is intended for business, venue, organizer, and promoted-event contexts, not for unrestricted automatic publication of all artist, musician, creator, or individual-person identities.
315Life may display public event information that includes performer, speaker, host, or organizer names when those names are already publicly listed as part of an event. However, 315Life does not create full public artist, musician, creator, or individual-person profiles from public sources unless the profile is submitted, claimed, authorized, or managed by the individual or an authorized adult representative.
If you submit, claim, manage, or update a listing, event, venue, business, artist profile, or organizer profile, you represent that you have authority to do so.
315Life may review, verify, edit, reject, remove, or moderate submissions, listing claims, profile information, event details, or public-facing content in order to improve quality, reduce duplication, maintain consistency, investigate complaints, protect safety, protect rights, or enforce our rules.
Businesses, venues, artists, organizers, and authorized representatives may request correction or review of public-source or AI-enriched listing information through our listing-review process once available or by contacting privacy@315life.com.
6. Photos, Logos, Flyers, Menus, and Media Rights
315Life may display photos, logos, flyers, menus, promotional graphics, profile media, event images, venue images, and similar content relating to events, venues, businesses, artists, restaurants, wineries, and experiences.
315Life may display media when the media is:
- submitted by an authorized party;
- created or licensed by 315Life;
- provided through a partner, venue, artist, or business claim process;
- displayed as a platform-permitted embed, link preview, or source-linked preview;
- otherwise used with appropriate permission, license, or legal basis.
Where no approved venue or event image is available, 315Life may use fallback images, category images, vertical images, or 315Life-created graphics.
If you submit photos, logos, flyers, menus, promotional graphics, profile media, or other media, we may process that content to publish listings, operate the Services, verify claims, moderate submissions, improve display quality, handle support, and respond to rights concerns.
The license terms, ownership rules, submission representations, promotional-use permissions, and user restrictions for submitted media belong in the 315Life Terms and Conditions, not in this Privacy Policy.
315Life reserves the right to review, reject, edit, limit, replace, or remove media for quality, accuracy, policy, safety, copyright, trademark, publicity-rights, privacy, or other rights-related reasons.
If you believe media displayed through 315Life is unauthorized, inaccurate, or infringing, contact us at privacy@315life.com. Counsel should confirm the final copyright notice address, copyright page, and DMCA process before publication.
7. Cookies, Pixels, SDKs, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, mobile SDKs, analytics tools, attribution tools, tags, and similar technologies to:
- keep users signed in;
- remember preferences;
- measure visits, searches, saves, shares, conversions, and engagement;
- analyze traffic, app usage, and campaign performance;
- improve performance and debugging;
- support security and fraud prevention;
- support promotional measurement and, if enabled after launch with appropriate notice, advertising, retargeting, attribution, or similar marketing uses.
You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser settings and certain mobile permissions or advertising settings through your device settings.
Some features may not work properly if certain tracking or storage technologies are disabled.
8. Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and Marketing
If you opt in or if communications are otherwise permitted, 315Life may send:
- newsletters and launch announcements;
- marketing emails and promotional communications;
- event recommendations and saved-item reminders;
- venue, category, artist, or region alerts;
- SMS or text messages;
- push notifications;
- service and account notices;
- billing, transaction, support, legal, security, and policy notices.
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may opt out of SMS communications by following the instructions in the message. You may control certain push notifications through your device settings or app settings.
We may still send non-marketing communications, such as account, support, billing, legal, security, or policy messages.
9. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information as follows.
A. Service Providers
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting, cloud, analytics, attribution, advertising, CRM, messaging, support, form, payment, ticketing, mapping, storage, security, performance, AI-assisted tooling, and similar vendors.
We expect service providers to handle information only as needed to provide services to us and to protect information using appropriate safeguards.
B. Partners, Venues, Businesses, Artists, and Organizers
We may share limited information where reasonably necessary to:
- process submissions or claims;
- verify listing authority;
- connect users with venues, businesses, artists, organizers, or partners when the user chooses to interact;
- support ticketing, reservations, menus, orders, promotions, or event links;
- provide reporting, sponsored-placement analytics, partner tools, or dashboard features.
Unless you choose to share your information, request contact, RSVP through a partner tool, purchase through a third-party link, submit a form, claim a listing, message us about a listing, or otherwise initiate interaction, we do not provide venues, artists, businesses, organizers, or partners with your personal contact information, private saved-event list, precise location, or individual browsing history.
Partner reports are generally provided in aggregated, de-identified, or summary form, such as listing views, event clicks, saves, region-level interest, category performance, search trends, or similar analytics.
C. Public Display
Information intended for public listing or promotional use may be publicly displayed, including public event details, public business information, public venue information, promoted-event content, submitted public-facing media, public-source listing information, and approved public profile information.
D. Business Transfers
Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.
E. Legal, Safety, and Security
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud, investigate abuse, enforce our terms, or protect the Services.
10. Advertising, Sponsored Listings, and Privacy Choices
315Life may offer sponsored listings, featured placements, promoted events, premium discovery tools, affiliate links, promotional campaigns, and advertising-supported discovery features.
Sponsored, promoted, partner, paid, or featured placements may be labeled in the Services. Sponsored placement may affect where or how a listing appears, but 315Life may also use editorial, safety, quality, relevance, region, search, freshness, and user-experience factors to determine visibility.
315Life may use labels such as:
- Sponsored;
- Featured;
- Promoted;
- Partner Pick;
- 315Life Curated;
- Community Submitted;
- Venue Submitted;
- Public Source.
315Life does not sell personal information for money. 315Life does not currently use third-party targeted advertising at launch. If 315Life later enables targeted advertising, retargeting, cross-context behavioral advertising, ad SDKs, attribution pixels, or similar marketing technology, some privacy laws may define those activities as "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising," and 315Life will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before or when those features are enabled.
Where required by applicable law, you may opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising through our Privacy Choices page once available or by contacting privacy@315life.com.
Where required by applicable law and when our systems recognize such signals, we may honor legally required browser-based or device-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16 where prohibited by law. As a product policy, 315Life does not knowingly target users under 21 with alcohol-focused advertising or promotions.
11. Payments, Ticketing, Reservations, and Third-Party Services
315Life may offer or support payments, subscriptions, third-party ticketing links, reservation links, affiliate links, venue links, menu links, ordering links, maps, social links, and related third-party services. Some of these features may not be available at launch.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. 315Life generally does not need to store full payment card numbers in order to provide the Services.
When you interact with third-party platforms, their terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of those services.
12. Automated Processing, Recommendations, and AI-Assisted Tools
315Life may use automated systems, rules, algorithms, or AI-assisted tools to organize listings, assign categories and tags, detect duplicates, improve search results, recommend events or venues, flag inaccurate information, support moderation, enrich public-source listing data, and improve the Services.
These tools may process public listing data, event data, venue data, business data, user preferences, saved items, searches, clicks, region selections, and similar interaction data. We try to limit personal account information sent to AI-assisted tools to what is reasonably needed for the feature or workflow.
AI-assisted tools may help generate or improve tags, descriptions, category assignments, duplicate detection, listing summaries, quality scores, and other listing intelligence. AI-assisted output may be reviewed internally for quality where appropriate, but 315Life may also use automated rules and workflows to support scale.
315Life does not use automated processing to make legal, employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, or similarly significant decisions about users.
We do not provide personal account information to third-party AI tools for model training unless we disclose that use and obtain any consent required by law or platform policy.
Businesses, venues, artists, and organizers may request correction or review of AI-enriched listing information through our listing-review process once available or by contacting privacy@315life.com.
13. Age-Restricted Venues, Alcohol-Related Content, and Event Labels
315Life may display venues and events that involve bars, wineries, breweries, tasting rooms, nightlife, alcohol service, or other age-restricted activities.
315Life does not sell alcohol and does not replace venue, organizer, ticketing, or legal age verification. Venues, organizers, ticketing providers, and alcohol-serving businesses are responsible for enforcing their own admission, alcohol-service, identification, age, safety, and venue-access requirements.
315Life may use labels such as:
- all_ages;
- family_friendly;
- teen_friendly;
- 18_plus;
- 21_plus;
- id_required;
- alcohol_present;
- venue_policy_varies;
- all_ages_with_parent;
- 21_plus_after_8pm.
315Life may filter, suppress, label, restrict, or limit alcohol-related recommendations, push notifications, sponsored placements, promoted content, or marketing for users we know are under 21.
14. Age and Eligibility
315Life is launching for users who are 18 and older.
315Life is not currently offering Teen Explorer accounts at launch. If 315Life later offers features for users ages 13 to 17, those features will be subject to age-appropriate controls, feature restrictions, and updated notices before launch.
Users under 18 may not create or manage artist, musician, creator, venue, business, organizer, promotional, paid-placement, partner, or commercial accounts.
If an artist or performer is under 18, their profile must be created and managed by a parent, guardian, manager, or other authorized adult representative.
Some events, venues, and experiences may be restricted to users 18+ or 21+. 315Life may label, filter, restrict, or limit promotion of age-restricted content based on age and venue or event rules.
315Life is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete or de-identify the information.
15. Future Teen Explorer Accounts and Minor Artist Profiles
315Life does not currently offer Teen Explorer accounts at launch. This section describes a possible future feature set and should be reviewed and updated before any teen-facing feature is released.
If offered in the future, users ages 13 to 17 may be able to use explorer features such as browsing, searching, saving, following, sharing, and receiving age-appropriate recommendations.
Teen users would not be permitted to:
- create or manage artist, musician, creator, venue, business, organizer, promotional, paid-placement, partner, or commercial accounts;
- submit public business listings;
- claim venues, businesses, or public profiles;
- purchase promotional tools;
- manage public-facing commercial profiles;
- publish full artist, creator, venue, or organizer profiles directly through the Services without authorized adult management.
315Life may limit, filter, label, suppress, or avoid recommending age-restricted content to Teen Explorers, including certain bar, winery, alcohol-focused, nightlife, 18+, or 21+ events, if teen accounts are offered in the future.
315Life does not knowingly target users under 21 with alcohol-focused promotions and would not knowingly target known Teen Explorer accounts with personalized advertising if teen accounts are offered in the future.
If an artist or performer is under 18, the public profile must be created and managed by a parent, guardian, manager, or other authorized adult representative. Adult representatives are responsible for the accuracy of the profile, permission to use submitted media, booking contact information, and any event submissions.
16. Sensitive Information, Incidental Wellness Events, and Health Data
315Life is a local discovery platform, not a healthcare provider, health app, wellness app, medical app, mental-health app, or fitness-tracking app.
315Life is not designed to collect consumer health data, medical records, health goals, symptoms, treatment information, biometric identifiers, government identification numbers, mental-health information, diet information, fitness-progress information, or similarly sensitive categories of information unless specifically disclosed and lawfully handled.
315Life does not intentionally target wellness as a standalone product category at launch. Some public listings may involve broad fitness, recreation, outdoor, fundraising, community-health, or wellness-related events, especially large public events such as races, walks, expos, park classes, outdoor recreation, or community gatherings. These listings are included as local public events, not as health, wellness, medical, mental-health, or fitness-tracking features.
We do not ask users to provide personal health information in order to use 315Life. We do not use your interest in public fitness, recreation, wellness-related, outdoor, fundraising, or community-health events to infer, diagnose, or profile your health condition, medical status, treatment status, disability, reproductive health, mental health, fitness level, wellness goals, diet, symptoms, or similar sensitive status.
We do not target sensitive health-related advertising based on event searches, saves, follows, attendance signals, or similar interaction data.
If future features intentionally involve wellness personalization, health-community features, sensitive-location features, medical or mental-health content, fitness tracking, or other features that trigger additional legal notice requirements, including under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act, 315Life may provide additional notices or obtain additional consents as required.
17. Retention of Information
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for business, operational, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, analytics, archival, legal, and compliance purposes.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the account, legal requirements, business needs, and user requests. Privacy requests and deletion records
Retained as needed to document request handling, honor opt-outs, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
If you request deletion, we will delete, de-identify, or retain information as required or permitted by applicable law and legitimate operational needs.
18. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, such as access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, vendor review, logging, monitoring, internal permission limits, and security-focused operational processes.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we learn of a data breach that requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice as required.
19. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- access information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of certain information;
- obtain a copy of certain information;
- opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing practices;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- limit certain sensitive-data uses where applicable;
- appeal certain denied privacy requests where required by law.
To make a privacy request, contact privacy@315life.com or use the tools provided in the Services. Once available, you may also use 315Life's Privacy Choices and Delete Account pages for privacy choices and account deletion requests.
We may need to verify your identity or authority before processing certain requests. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we deny your request and applicable law gives you an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or contacting privacy@315life.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal.
20. Account Deletion and Privacy Requests
If you create a 315Life account, you may request deletion of your account through the app by going to Account Settings > Delete Account once that feature is available, through 315Life's web deletion request page once available, or by contacting privacy@315life.com.
You may also contact privacy@315life.com for help with account deletion or other privacy requests.
When you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your account and associated personal information within 90 days, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, backup, archival integrity, or legitimate operational purposes.
Backup copies may remain until overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course of business, generally within 180 days, unless preservation is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Deleting your 315Life account may not delete public business, venue, restaurant, winery, organizer, event, or public-source listing information that is not personal account information. You may request correction, claim review, or listing review through our listing support process once available or by contacting privacy@315life.com.
If your account includes paid subscriptions, premium tools, or app-store purchases, account deletion may not automatically cancel payment obligations handled by third-party payment providers or app stores. Please review the applicable payment provider or app-store cancellation process.
21. Mobile App Permissions and Platform Settings
If you use the 315Life mobile app, your device or app store may provide controls for location, notifications, tracking, photos, camera, media library, contacts, Bluetooth, advertising identifiers, and similar permissions.
315Life should request mobile permissions only when needed for a feature and should explain permission use in the app where required. You can manage many mobile permissions through your device settings. If you disable a permission, some features may not work as intended.
315Life's Apple App Privacy details, Google Play Data Safety disclosures, and in-app permission prompts should match the actual SDKs, vendors, and data collection practices used in the released app.
22. California and Other State Privacy Rights
Residents of California and certain other states may have additional privacy rights under applicable privacy laws.
Where required, 315Life will provide required rights, notices, privacy choices, and opt-out methods relating to applicable access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale, sharing, sensitive-data, limitation, non-discrimination, or appeal rights.
Where required by applicable law, you may use our Privacy Choices page once available or contact privacy@315life.com to submit opt-out requests relating to sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where required by applicable law and when our systems recognize such signals, we may honor legally recognized browser-based or device-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control.
23. International Users
315Life is intended for users, venues, artists, businesses, organizers, and partners located in the United States. We do not intentionally market the Services to users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other international jurisdictions at launch.
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
