3. What 315Life Does
315Life is a local discovery, listing, media, and promotional platform focused on helping people find and connect with events, venues, artists, performers, restaurants, wineries, businesses, outdoor experiences, community activities, university-related activities, tourism experiences, and other Inland Northwest experiences.
315Life may provide websites, mobile applications, newsletters, email communications, social media content, profiles, listings, calendars, maps, search tools, recommendation tools, submission tools, claim tools, partner tools, promotional tools, and related services. Some features described in these Terms may be offered after launch.
The Services may include:
- public and submitted listings for events, venues, businesses, artists, performers, organizers, restaurants, wineries, outdoor experiences, community activities, university-related activities, and tourism experiences;
- discovery feeds, calendars, maps, search, filters, tags, categories, recommendations, rankings, saved items, and similar tools;
- artist, performer, venue, business, organizer, sponsor, partner, and community profiles;
- user, venue, artist, organizer, and partner submissions, corrections, listing claims, media uploads, event submissions, and profile updates;
- editorial, curated, community-submitted, venue-submitted, public-source, sponsored, featured, promoted, affiliate, partner, and paid content;
- newsletters, alerts, social media posts, promotional reels, press materials, partner materials, advertising, and other marketing or discovery communications;
- links or integrations with third-party websites and services, including ticketing providers, reservation platforms, payment processors, map providers, menu providers, social platforms, venue websites, organizer websites, and affiliate or partner services;
- automated, AI-assisted, public-source, vendor-assisted, editorial, and human-reviewed tools used to classify, tag, summarize, enrich, organize, verify, correct, recommend, rank, translate, or display listings and content.
315Life may create original content, organize public-source information, receive and display submitted content, work with partners, and use approved media to help users discover local experiences.
Unless we expressly say otherwise, 315Life does not own, operate, control, manage, sponsor, guarantee, or endorse third-party events, venues, artists, performers, restaurants, wineries, businesses, organizers, ticketing providers, reservation providers, transportation providers, map providers, payment processors, or external websites.
4. Eligibility
315Life is launching for users who are at least 18 years old.
315Life is not currently offering Teen Explorer accounts at launch. If 315Life later offers discovery features for users ages 13 to 17, those features will be subject to feature restrictions, age-appropriate controls, and any additional requirements we apply.
Users under 18 may not create, claim, or manage artist, musician, performer, creator, venue, business, organizer, promotional, paid-placement, sponsor, partner, or commercial accounts.
If an artist or performer is under 18 and 315Life allows a profile for that minor, the profile must be created and managed by a parent, guardian, manager, or other authorized adult representative. By creating or managing a minor artist or performer profile, the adult representative confirms they are authorized to act on behalf of the minor and are responsible for submitted content, media permissions, booking information, and event submissions.
5. Accounts and Authority
Some features may require an account or verified access.
If you create an account, submit information, claim a listing, manage a profile, or act on behalf of a venue, business, artist, performer, organizer, sponsor, partner, or other entity, you agree to:
- provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- keep login credentials secure;
- promptly update inaccurate or outdated information;
- use 315Life only for lawful purposes;
- represent only people or entities you are authorized to represent;
- comply with these Terms and all applicable policies.
If you submit, claim, manage, or update a listing, event, venue, business, artist profile, performer profile, organizer profile, sponsor profile, or partner profile, you represent that you have authority to do so and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
315Life may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or access that violate these Terms, create legal risk, abuse the Services, or harm users, partners, venues, artists, businesses, or the 315Life community.
6. Public Listings and Public-Source Information
315Life may collect, organize, display, verify, correct, enrich, classify, tag, summarize, and publish public-source information relating to businesses, venues, restaurants, wineries, organizers, events, artists, performers, and experiences.
Public-source information may include names, addresses, websites, social links, public phone numbers, public business emails, event titles, dates, times, venue names, ticket links, reservation links, age policies, accessibility notes, category tags, source links, and descriptions based on factual public information.
Public-source listings may exist before they are claimed by a business, venue, artist, performer, organizer, or authorized representative.
Businesses, venues, artists, performers, organizers, and authorized representatives may request correction, claim review, removal review, or rights review through 315Life listing-review channels.
315Life may decline requests that are inaccurate, unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, inconsistent with public records, inconsistent with the quality and safety of the Services, or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Accuracy of Events, Listings, and Recommendations
315Life helps users discover local experiences, but we do not guarantee that third-party event, venue, artist, performer, restaurant, winery, business, schedule, price, ticket, reservation, menu, accessibility, parking, age restriction, safety, weather, capacity, or availability information is complete, current, accurate, or error-free.
Events may be changed, canceled, postponed, sold out, restricted, or modified by venues, artists, organizers, ticketing providers, public agencies, weather, safety conditions, or other third parties.
Users should verify important details with the official venue, organizer, ticketing provider, reservation provider, or other official source before attending, purchasing, traveling, relying on, or making plans.
315Life is not responsible for losses, inconvenience, denied entry, changed schedules, cancellations, refunds, access restrictions, travel issues, or other issues resulting from reliance on third-party information.
8. Submissions
You may be able to submit, upload, email, tag, provide, approve, claim, or otherwise make available content to 315Life.
Submissions may include event details, venue details, business information, artist or performer information, logos, photos, videos, flyers, menus, promotional graphics, profile media, sponsorship materials, and other content.
By making a submission, you represent and warrant that:
- the submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have the right and authority to provide it;
- you have obtained any necessary permissions, releases, licenses, or approvals;
- the submission does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights;
- the submission does not violate law or these Terms.
315Life may review, verify, edit, reject, remove, moderate, relabel, re-rank, suppress, or correct submissions, listing claims, profile information, event details, or public-facing content to improve quality, reduce duplication, maintain consistency, investigate complaints, protect safety, protect rights, or enforce our rules.
9. Media Rights and Promotional Use
If you submit, upload, email, tag, provide, approve, claim, or otherwise make available photos, videos, logos, flyers, menus, promotional graphics, profile media, performer images, venue images, event images, sponsor materials, partner materials, or other media to 315Life, you grant 315Life a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, crop, resize, format, edit for layout, distribute, transmit, and otherwise use that media in connection with 315Life.
This media license has been intentionally placed in these Terms rather than the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should describe how 315Life collects, uses, discloses, and retains information; these Terms should govern ownership, content permissions, submission authority, media licenses, promotional use, takedown handling, and user restrictions.
This license includes use in:
- venue profiles;
- business profiles;
- artist or performer profiles;
- organizer profiles;
- event listings;
- maps, calendars, search, and discovery feeds;
- newsletters and email communications;
- social media posts;
- promotional videos and reels;
- advertisements and sponsored materials;
- press materials;
- partner materials;
- 315Life marketing and promotional channels.
If you provide media on behalf of a venue, business, artist, performer, organizer, sponsor, partner, or other person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to grant these permissions.
If you provide media that includes people, performers, employees, guests, patrons, minors, trademarks, copyrighted works, artwork, music, signage, posters, or branded materials, you represent that you have obtained any permissions, licenses, releases, or approvals required for 315Life to use that media as described in these Terms.
315Life may use venue names, performer names, artist names, business names, event names, public event information, approved images, submitted images, and approved logos to identify, describe, promote, recommend, rank, feature, or otherwise highlight venues, performers, events, businesses, organizers, sponsors, partners, and listings within 315Life and related promotional channels.
315Life does not claim ownership of submitted media, logos, flyers, menus, profile materials, event images, creative works, or other submitted content solely because you provide them to 315Life. You retain whatever ownership rights you have, subject to the permissions granted in these Terms.
10. Artist Artwork and Creative Works
Artists, creators, galleries, representatives, or authorized account managers may be able to submit, upload, email, tag, provide, approve, or otherwise make available images or videos of artwork, creative works, installations, performances, merchandise, studio work, exhibitions, or related materials.
Artists and creators retain ownership of their artwork and creative works. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of an artist's copyright, trademark, moral rights, publicity rights, or other rights in their artwork or creative works to 315Life.
By submitting artwork images, artwork videos, or other creative-work materials to 315Life, you grant 315Life a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, crop, resize, format, edit for layout, transmit, distribute, and use those materials in connection with 315Life, including artist profiles, event listings, exhibition listings, venue profiles, discovery feeds, calendars, newsletters, social media posts, promotional reels, press materials, partner materials, and other 315Life marketing or promotional channels.
This license is intended to let 315Life display, promote, recommend, feature, and help users discover the artist, artwork, event, exhibition, venue, or related creative activity. It does not give 315Life ownership of the underlying artwork or permission to sell standalone copies of the artwork, license the artwork as stock content, mint NFTs from the artwork, manufacture merchandise using the artwork, or otherwise commercially exploit the artwork outside the 315Life discovery and promotional context without separate written permission.
If you submit artwork or creative-work materials, you represent that:
- you are the artist, creator, copyright owner, authorized representative, gallery, venue, organizer, or other person with authority to submit the materials;
- you have rights to the artwork, the photograph or video of the artwork, and any names, likenesses, trademarks, logos, music, location rights, or other protected materials shown or heard in the submission;
- the submission does not infringe or misappropriate another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, moral, attribution, or other rights;
- if the artwork was created collaboratively, commissioned, licensed, sold, consigned, represented by a gallery, or subject to another agreement, you have any permissions required to submit and promote it through 315Life;
- if the submission includes minors, patrons, private property, or third-party artwork, you have obtained any required permissions or releases.
Users may view artwork and creative-work materials through 315Life for personal discovery purposes only. Unless expressly permitted by the artist, rights holder, or applicable law, users may not copy, download, screenshot, reproduce, distribute, scrape, sell, create derivative works from, use for AI training, mint as NFTs, print, merchandise, or otherwise exploit artwork images or creative-work materials displayed through 315Life.
315Life may use reasonable technical, editorial, or policy measures to discourage unauthorized reuse, but 315Life cannot guarantee that third parties will not copy, screenshot, download, share, or misuse artwork or creative-work materials. Artists and rights holders may request correction, removal review, or rights review through 315Life's copyright or listing-review channels.
11. Third-Party and Publicly Visible Media
Media that is publicly visible on third-party websites, social platforms, ticketing platforms, review platforms, news sites, blogs, search engines, maps, directories, or other external sources is not automatically approved for 315Life promotional use.
315Life may use public-source media only when authorized, licensed, permitted by applicable law, provided by an authorized source, or otherwise cleared for use.
Where no approved venue, performer, or event image is available, 315Life may use fallback images, category images, vertical images, publicly permissible reference materials, or 315Life-created graphics.
315Life may display source links, attribution, labels, or other context where appropriate.
12. Published, Scheduled, Archived, and Distributed Materials
315Life may continue to use media or content already incorporated into published, scheduled, archived, cached, backup, or previously distributed materials, subject to applicable law and reasonable takedown, correction, or rights-review requests.
Removal from active 315Life services may not remove content from third-party platforms, search engines, social media, user devices, newsletters already sent, cached pages, backups, or archived materials outside 315Life's reasonable control.
13. Content Standards
You may not submit, post, upload, claim, approve, or promote content that is:
- false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating another person or entity;
- infringing, unauthorized, or violating intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, exploitative, obscene, or abusive;
- illegal or promoting illegal conduct;
- unsafe or materially misleading about health, safety, age restrictions, access, tickets, pricing, or availability;
- spam, malware, bot activity, or unauthorized commercial solicitation;
- intended to evade moderation, bans, restrictions, or security controls;
- otherwise inconsistent with 315Life policies or community standards.
315Life may reject, edit, remove, restrict, relabel, suppress, de-rank, or moderate content at its discretion.
14. Sponsored, Featured, Paid, Affiliate, and Ranked Content
315Life may display sponsored, promoted, featured, partner, affiliate, paid, curated, community-submitted, venue-submitted, public-source, or ranked content.
Paid placement or commercial relationships may affect where, when, and how a listing appears. 315Life may also use editorial, safety, quality, relevance, freshness, geography, user-interest, availability, and product factors to determine visibility.
315Life may receive compensation from subscriptions, premium listings, featured placement, sponsored events, paid promotional campaigns, affiliate links, ticketing partnerships, reservation partnerships, advertising, sponsorships, or other business relationships.
315Life may label content using terms such as Sponsored, Featured, Promoted, Partner Pick, 315Life Curated, Community Submitted, Venue Submitted, Public Source, or similar labels.
15. Third-Party Services and Links
315Life may link to or integrate with third-party services, including ticketing providers, reservation platforms, payment processors, map and geocoding providers, menu providers, social media platforms, affiliate partners, venue websites, event organizer websites, and external content providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 315Life does not control and is not responsible for third-party prices, fees, refunds, cancellations, ticket availability, reservations, entry rules, seating, menus, accessibility, venue policies, safety, fulfillment, customer service, data practices, or content.
If you purchase tickets, make reservations, submit payment, enter a venue, attend an event, visit a business, follow a third-party link, or interact with a third-party service, your relationship is with that third party, not 315Life, unless we expressly say otherwise.
16. Ticketing, Reservations, Payments, and Transactions
Unless 315Life expressly states that it is the seller of record or transaction provider, 315Life does not sell tickets, process payments, control pricing, determine refunds, guarantee availability, manage seating, handle reservations, or control cancellation policies.
Ticketing, reservation, payment, refund, cancellation, chargeback, and customer-service questions should be directed to the applicable venue, organizer, ticketing provider, reservation provider, payment provider, or merchant.
17. AI, Automation, and Enrichment
315Life may use automated tools, AI-assisted tools, public sources, vendor data, human review, and editorial review to classify, tag, summarize, organize, verify, correct, enrich, recommend, rank, translate, or display listings and content.
AI-assisted and automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Users, venues, artists, performers, organizers, and partners should verify important details with official sources.
315Life may modify, correct, suppress, or remove AI-assisted or enriched content at any time.
18. Intellectual Property
315Life, the 315Life name, logos, branding, designs, software, databases, features, interfaces, original content, compilations, classifications, tags, taxonomies, and related materials are owned by 315Life or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, commercially exploit, or use 315Life intellectual property.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licenses and permissions you grant to 315Life under these Terms.
19. Rights Complaints and Takedown Requests
If you believe content displayed through 315Life infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or other rights, please submit a notice through 315Life copyright or listing-review channels or contact privacy@315life.com.
A notice should include:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the content at issue;
- the URL or location of the content in 315Life;
- a description of the rights you claim;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate;
- your physical or electronic signature.
315Life may remove, restrict, modify, or investigate disputed content and may request additional information.
Counsel should confirm whether a formal DMCA agent registration, counter-notice process, and repeat-infringer policy are needed before launch.
20. Prohibited Technical Uses
You may not:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or commercially reuse 315Life content without permission;
- use bots, automated scripts, or bulk access tools without permission;
- reverse engineer or attempt to access non-public systems;
- interfere with security, availability, performance, or integrity of 315Life;
- use 315Life data to build a competing service without permission;
- remove attribution, source links, labels, watermarks, or rights notices;
- bypass rate limits, access controls, robots instructions, security controls, or technical restrictions.
21. Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, corrections, feedback, or recommendations, 315Life may use them without restriction or compensation, unless separately agreed in writing.
22. Privacy
315Life's collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you interact with third-party services linked from 315Life, those third-party services may collect and use information under their own terms and privacy policies.
23. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 315Life disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
315Life does not guarantee that any event, venue, business, artist, performer, organizer, listing, recommendation, ranking, promotion, ticket, reservation, price, schedule, map, menu, third-party service, or user submission will meet your expectations or be accurate, safe, available, lawful, or current.
You use 315Life and rely on 315Life content at your own risk.

Counsel should add the final liability cap, exclusions, and any state-specific consumer law requirements.
25. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 315Life and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, vendors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your use or misuse of 315Life;
- your content, submissions, listings, media, claims, approvals, or account activity;
- your lack of authority to act for a venue, business, artist, performer, organizer, sponsor, or partner;
- infringement or rights violations connected to content or media you provide;
- your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
26. Changes to 315Life or These Terms
315Life may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update 315Life or these Terms.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through 315Life, email, in-app notice, website notice, or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes are posted or become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Counsel should confirm final notice requirements and effective-date handling.
